The guys who work at this location operates as a team. And each person carries those values into the interaction with customers. Ive been going here for a couple of years and they are always professional, helpful, thorough, and HONEST. Their goal seems to HONESTLY be to get your car back on the road in the most timely fashion. The facility is emaculant and they just remodeled. Great customer experience They feel like family. This is a real review by the way...Im a real customer.

Great customer service. The waiting room is also impressing with TV and all the furniture, coffee tables and picture frames of the original pep boys.

I went in to the West Spring Creek location thinking that I needed to have a headlamp replaced, since that it what I had been told by another company. Thankfully, for me, your assistant service manager, Rashad didn’t try to take advantage of me and solved my problem with a bulb replacement. He was courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely capable of taking care of his customer! He is the reason I will always be a Pep Boys customer.

A wonderful team they’re able to diagnose and give you the exact costs before hand. I went here for all my brakes as well as engine maintenance and fluid flushes. They’re renovating it. It’s a big property. Pk and staff were very kind. They follow a professional big chain procedures so this is the place to be. The mechanics. Here are very experienced as well as they offer tires if you need them. Definitely would come back here if my vehicle has any other issues.
